Cancellation Policy – No Shows – Late Arrivals

Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and “No shows” will be charged the full session amount.

Please call if you are running late for your scheduled appointment. Appointment times will be held for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you will be considered a “no show”. Late arrivals will have their session customized to fit the allotted session time.
