You lie awake when you should be sleeping. Your mind races the moment your head hits the pillow. You wake at 3am and can’t get back to sleep. You keep trying to sleep – doing all the things you think should work. You drag yourself through the day exhausted — and then lie awake again that night.
Poor sleep affects everything — your mood, your focus, your relationships, your health, your ability to show up as the person you want to be. And the harder you try to sleep, the more elusive it becomes.
Sleep issues are rarely just about sleep. They’re almost always connected to anxiety, an overactive nervous system, unresolved stress, or subconscious patterns that keep the mind in high alert long after the day is done.
How Hypnotherapy Helps You Sleep
Hypnotherapy is uniquely effective for sleep because it works directly with the subconscious mind and the nervous system — the two things most responsible for keeping you awake.
In a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, we calm the nervous system, quiet the overactive mind, and address the underlying anxiety or stress patterns preventing restful sleep. We also work with any subconscious beliefs or associations around sleep that may be contributing to the problem.
Coaching supports this work by helping you build conscious habits and routines that reinforce the subconscious changes we make together.
