You Don't Have to Face This Alone

A cancer diagnosis or major health challenge changes everything — not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and at the deepest level of identity. Who am I now? What does this mean for my life? How do I stay present and hopeful in the face of so much uncertainty?

These are not questions medicine can answer. But they are questions we can explore together.

As someone who has personally navigated a life-threatening illness and bone marrow transplant, I bring not just professional expertise to this work — but lived understanding of what it means to face a diagnosis that reshapes your entire world.

How you relate to your body during this time matters. A body under threat responds differently to a body that feels loved, heard, and supported. When illness is met with fear, anger, or a sense of being at war with your own body, the nervous system stays activated in ways that can work against healing. But when you can find a way to communicate with your body from a place of patience, care, and even tenderness — treating it as a partner rather than an enemy — something shifts. This isn't about ignoring the seriousness of what you're facing or pretending to feel positive. It's about recognizing that peace, however imperfect, tends to serve the healing process far better than war does. Your body is not betraying you. It is doing its best, the same as you are — and it deserves the same compassion you would offer anyone you love who was struggling

How Hypnotherapy & Coaching Support Your Journey

The mind and body are not separate. Research consistently shows that psychological wellbeing has a meaningful impact on physical health outcomes, immune function, pain experience, and quality of life during illness and treatment.

Hypnotherapy supports this by working directly with the nervous system — calming the chronic stress and fear response that a diagnosis naturally triggers, reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and supporting the body's natural healing capacity. Be

Coaching provides a space to process the identity and life questions that a major diagnosis raises — helping you find meaning, maintain agency, and move through the experience with as much clarity, peace, and presence as possible.
